THINKING

What Problem Are You Solving?

I’ve seen the most beautifully designed apps used by no one. And I’ve seen rough, broken MVPs spark a mad rush for their paid versions. It almost always comes down to one question: what problem are you solving?

I’ve worked with founders who had millions in the bank. Founders with incredible teams - some of the smartest people you could ever meet. Founders with twenty years of experience and deep industry knowledge. And still, many of them struggled. Not because they couldn’t build, but because they weren’t sure what they were building for.

That’s where most products lose their way. It happens quietly, when teams move fast but lose sight of the problem. When dashboards look healthy but nothing feels right. When shipping replaces thinking.

I’ve learned that clarity isn’t a luxury; it’s survival. Every successful product I’ve been part of had one thing in common - the team knew exactly what problem they were solving, and for whom. Everything else (funding, design, growth) only works when that answer is clear.

Because in the end, it’s never about how beautiful the product looks or how fast it ships. It’s about one thing - the problem you’ve chosen to solve, and whether it’s worth solving at all.
